Who We Are

bobo's is a food cart that serves nostalgic treats elevated to a 'little fancier than grandma made them' level, brought to you by husband and wife team ray & grace moses. after selling our brick and mortar bar, stache international, in detroit's eastern market after nearly a decade of service we decided to embark on something new.. and mobile! you'll notice our food has a bit of NOLA flair as it is our second favorite place on earth besides our hometown of beautiful detroit, MI. you may also find yourself asking who (or what) bobo is - his real name is gremlin, and he's a domestic long haired black cat we rescued from the alley outside the bar. he too loves having a treat - just like we know you will each time you visit us.
